Thank you for your interest in scheduling your first service with Studio MDH!

We’d love to learn more about you and your hair goals. The following questions will help us prepare for your visit and ensure our time together is as seamless and effective as possible.

Once we have reviewed your submission and determined the suggested services, we will follow up via text with appointment availability. After confirming your appointment date and time, you will receive a final new client intake form via email, which will be shared with your stylist prior to your visit.

We do require a card on file to reserve all future appointments. This helps us keep scheduling smooth and secure for everyone.

Due to high inquiry volume, please allow up to two business days for a response. Our hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
